What are the Black Sheep
sessions?
Our sessions are expertly structured for maximum impact - lasting 50 minutes on weekdays and a full 60 minutes on Saturdays. Each one is designed to improve strength, develop lean muscle mass, and enhance athleticism in a supportive, performance-focused environment.
We combine two distinct but complementary training styles:
Fitness - our high-energy, full-body conditioning that targets endurance, agility, and cardiovascular health; and
MAS (Muscle and Strength) - a progressive resistance-based system focused on building lean muscle, increasing strength, and enhancing physical resilience through structured lifting and performance workouts.
Every session is a highly metabolic experience that blends functional movements with both high and low intensities. This well-rounded approach ensures you’re not just training for aesthetics or endurance alone - you’re developing the kind of fitness that supports everyday demands and sport-specific goals alike.
Our coaching prioritises technique over ego. You’ll learn to lift confidently and correctly, in a space that fosters personal progress and long-term sustainability. We’re not here to simply tire you out - we’re here to train you like an athlete.

Black Sheep workouts are both challenging and fun. We encourage our members to help each other, so you have an instant network of training partners and friends.
Every exercise is completely scalable, making it accessible to everyone, it really does not matter if you are a total beginner or an advanced exerciser. No matter what fitness level you are at, we will make sure you work at your own ability.

Our sustainable diet approach
We incorporate a Flexible Dieting approach to our Fitness and Fast Loss monthly sessions. There is no hiding from the fact that your nutrition is just as important as your training.
So, the one thing we wanted to introduce alongside our sessions is a diet that firstly works, secondly that doesn’t restrict and thirdly that can be stuck to and incorporated into a busy lifestyle. Not only for 4 weeks, but for the long term.
Many diets, fad or otherwise, require restrictions that we simply can’t sustain. Boring, repetitive bland foods that in reality are hard to stick with. Ultimately, we feel long term that the average person with a busy lifestyle and lots of commitments will better suit a style of what we call Flexible Nutrition.
We will help you fully along the way with video modules, help and support from our Black Sheep coaching team along with monthly recipe books packed with delicious breakfasts, starters, sides, mains and desserts.
