Nutrition

At Black Sheep Fitness Academy we do not believe in fad diets to achieve that body you long for. Diet plans become boring, tedious and unattractive due to the limited and dull food they have you consume. This is why there are so many fad diets out there! Everybody is different and food reacts with people in different ways! This is why people lose interest, give up and return to their normal bad eating habits, and in most cases, pile the weight back on with a little extra.

Nutrition is not complicated! We believe that a healthy diet is one that is balanced. This means eating the right amount of food for how active you are, and eating a range of food from the five main food groups.

Once you become a member of one of our academies you will receive a Nutrition Pack with advice and tips on healthy eating and fat loss! Alongside this will be our very own BSFA healthy balanced weekly eating plan. This is designed to help you melt away the fat, but in a healthy way. It will give you a daily eating plan schedule, step by step information on what you should be eating and when.  This has all been tailored to combine our fat loss programme and help you achieve your fat loss goals!

The Sandwich Shop
