BSFA and our BLACK SHEEP BOOT CAMP is no ordinary Boot Camp – We are the BLACK SHEEP of all Boot Camps and are totally different and unique! We design the very best workout programmes and use the very best exercises to get you RESULTS! No endless squatting and press-ups here! We also have on offer a AWESOME Black Sheep COMBAT and METAFIT sessions that will get the heart seriously pumping!

BS COMBAT is an empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. This is part of the programme for BS members.

And on average a calorie burn of 757 calories in a 1 hour COMBAT class!

 

METAFIT is a bodyweight 30 minute  metabolic workout that lasts 24hrs. Metafit combines traditional bodyweight  exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire!

We keep things FUN but always EFFECTIVE with a variety of fitness equipment and fat melting bodyweight exercises that will keep you coming back for more!

 We are here to give a 100% attention to you and your goals. Most exercises and programmes are useless for burning fat and reshaping your body, as there are so many out there!  The real problem is finding a proven fat loss workout program that suits your lifestyle.
